Integrators assemble modular applications into solutions for customers. The Warehouse Execution System cloud-hosted SaaS platform coordinates connected agents provided by applications running on-premise or in the cloud. Applications receive and execute agent tasks, connect the Warehouse Execution System with other systems, provide custom user interfaces or control task execution. Applications are provided by XY Logistics, 3rd parties and developed by integrators.

Physical warehouses are represented as sites and contain one live core and optionally multiple test cores. Test cores can model scenarios, simulate conditions and are used during commissioning and testing. Users have access to one or more sites. Applications can be moved between cores.
